1.Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information: Rendering of purchasing services for non-members

2.Personal Information Items Collected: Name, address, mobile phone no., e-mail, payment information

3.Periods of Retaining and Using Personal Information
In principle, customers’ personal information shall be destroyed without delay when the purpose for the collection and use of personal information has been fulfilled.
However, the below informaton shall be retained for a specified period of time for the following reasons.  

A. Grounds for retaining information in accordance with the company’s internal guidelines
  -Retention for the prevention of fraudulent transactions and in accordance with the guidelines        for  the operation of a shopping mall: Six (6) months
 B. Grounds for retaining information in accordance with relevant statutes
     o Records on contracts or withdrawal of offers
         -Grounds for retention: Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.
         -Retention period: Five (5) years
     o Records on payments and supply of goods
        - Grounds for retention: Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.
-  Retention period: Five (5) years
               o Records on the handling of consumer complaints or disputes
                 -Grounds for retention: Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.
                 -Retention period: Three (3) years
              o Log-in records
                -Grounds for retention: Protection of Communications Secrets Act
                -Retention period: Three (3) months
